General disclaimers
The area around and close to the water boiler needs to be cleaned and accessible during the installation. The installer also needs access to a working ethernet network point (e.g. from a network router) to connect the Futurehome Smarthub.
Plumber disclaimer
The plumber will need assistance in moving the water boiler from the car to the installation location. (This usually can be done with the electrician.)
Access to an available and working mains water stop valve.
The new water boiler will be installed in the same location as the old.
Drainage in the same room as the water boiler will be installed.
Normal water pressure without the need to install a reduction valve and expansion tanks.
Electrician disclaimers
Available power outlet close to the water boiler location.
All extra time spent because of deviation from these disclaimers will be charged extra directly by the installer at an individually agreed price.
